Wow. Just wow. And to think, my 18 year old mother was about to get pregnant with her second child at the time this magazine was published. A soon-to-be single 18 year-old mother, raising two boys, still faced this kind of sexism- and yet that didn’t deter her from going on to get her PhD. My hats off to her, and to the women who endured this era. And yet for some reason, some politicians seem eager to glorify and regress to the "Mad Men" era. All of them need to be voted out of office.
