I had a guy on the same team I worked on fight tooth and nail against my ideas every step of the way on a project, only to later on openly claim (once the project was live and handling hundreds of millions of requests per day with 80 percent reduced database load), in front of me no less, that the ideas were his. I was so astonished I was speechless, and I took the high road. But, I ceased all interaction with him henceforth.
