My Covid Booster Vaccine Kicked my Butt

Last May I received the initial two doses of the Covid vaccine (I went with Moderna) and my body barely reacted. I think I might have had a few hours of soreness in my arm but was otherwise unaffected.

So, it was without giving it a second thought that while at Sam’s Club this past Wednesday night (I’m writing this on a Saturday morning), I opted to get my Covid booster shot. I went about my business, grabbing pasta and grape juice and oversized bags of- well pretty much everything (it is Sam’s Club after all), not realizing what was coming my way.
